GENERAL FAQ: 

  • Where are you located?

    Monday: 10 A.M – 7 P.M
    Tuesday: 10 A.M – 7 P.M

    Saturday: 10 A.M – 6 P.M

    *We encourage following our instagram to stay updated on our holiday hours and in the event where we may open later than intended due to maintenance.
  • What do you have in store day to day?
    We offer regular circle macarons, NYC style cookies, and Vietnamese coffee in the store daily. We do not have any cakes or cupcakes for pick up day-to-day. On some holidays, we may have macaron cakes/cupcakes/themed macarons and cookies available for walk-ins, we will always announce this to our instagram, if so.
  • What are your in-store prices?
    Macarons: $3.00
        *Dozen: $33.00
    NYC Style Cookies: $5.00
    Vietnamese Coffee: $5.00
    *There are no minimums, you can order as much or as little as you’d like!
  • Do you have dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free or vegan options?
    Macarons are naturally a gluten-free treat but some of our macaron flavors do contain gluten due to varying ingredients. We post a weekly menu to instagram (as our in-store flavors rotate on a weekly basis) and will always mark our GF flavors. With this in mind, we are not a gluten-free bakery and work with many gluten ingredients so there is always a potential for cross contact as all items are created in the same kitchen space. We currently do not offer dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan alternatives for our macarons. All of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, and some contain nuts. 

MACARON CAKES FAQ:

  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    Although we ask for a minimum of a week’s notice for custom macaron cakes, we encourage booking as early on as possible to guarantee your desired date. 
  • How can I place my order?
    The fastest way would be coming into the bakery and ordering in person. The second option would be messaging us on Instagram. If you’d like a timely response with a quote,  please message us with the following: 
    -what date are you trying to book for?
    -what numbers/letters/shapes are you considering?
    -how many guests would you be having?
  • Do you require a deposit?
    We ask for full payment to be made at the time of placing your order. We do not reserve dates without payment made. Please be mindful of this if you know you will be become busy while placing an order. We work on a first come, first serve system to ensure fairness to all. We encourage only reaching out once you’ve discussed your desired outcome for your cake with all necessary parties involved and have a good idea in mind of what you’d like. The more details provided in the initial message, the more accurate of a quote we can give, this will also ensure a faster booking process.
  • Can I pick up the day before? 
    Yes! Macaron cakes are made the morning of your pick up and can last up to three days in the fridge without sacrificing the beauty, taste, or texture of our macaron cakes.
  • Are macaron cakes gluten free?
    Macarons are naturally  gluten-free but certain flavors make it so that they are not. We do offer flavors that are free of gluten but please note that all baked goods are created in the same kitchen and may come in contact with gluten products so there is always risk of cross contamination.
  • Can I order a cake with less than a week’s notice?
    It is not guaranteed but sometimes we are able to accommodate within a reasonable time frame, please note that orders placed last minute may be subject to a rush fee.
  • How much are your macaron cakes?
    This is not a straightforward answer as they are fully customizable. Our macaron cakes start at $80 this would be our smallest size, with no added theme, and just our mix of standard toppings.
  • Do you ship macaron cakes/macarons?
    No, at this time we have no plans to ship macarons or macaron cakes.
  • Refunds:
    Due to the custom hand-crafted nature of macaron cakes, we do not offer refunds. We discuss all details and expectations thoroughly with each client so they know what to expect. We will never be able to create exact replicas of anything, not even our own work, but we will definitely get as close as possible. If your macaron cake has left our bakery, it has met our quality standards and we can not be held responsible for any damages or changes to the cake once it has left our bakery. We encourage all potential macaron cake clients to try our in-store macarons (flavors rotate weekly) to get an idea of the tastes and textures that we offer. With this option readily available, we will not be able to refund for anything relating to taste/flavor. We will only offer refunds on any mistakes made on our part.

Our answers to these questions come from working with clients every day for the past few years. We find that this system of doing things is what works best to ensure happy parties on both sides and guarantee a stress-free ordering and pick up process.
