COOKIE CARE:
- Cookies should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for longevity
- Cookies can be enjoyed chilled from the fridge (we prefer to let them rest at room temp for about 5 minutes after coming out of the fridge), at room temperature, or for the best gooey texture— warmed in the oven or in the microwave for about 15-18 seconds to your liking.
- Cookies, if stored properly, will be good for up to 7 days.

- Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently only shipping within the US and hope to expand to other countries in the future! - When will my order ship?
We bake and ship your cookies the same day to ensure they’re as fresh as possible! Our ship days are Wednesdays and Thursday. Our processing times upon receiving your order can range from 1-2 weeks, then the additional 1-3 days once your package ships. - Do your cookies contain gluten/nuts/dairy?
All of our cookies contain gluten and dairy and some may contain nuts. Please refer to our ingredient list. All cookies are made in the same kitchen so there will always be a risk of cross contamination. - How much will shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $16 on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 will have free shipping. - How long will my cookies last?
We recommend keeping your cookies in an airtight container in the fridge and they will last up to a week. You can enjoy a cold cookie or warm it up to your preferred liking. We recommend to slice the cookie in half, try one half at room temp and one half warmed to see which you prefer. We’ve had clients who preferred certain flavors warmed and other flavors at room temp, and even some preferred a flavor refrigerated and chilled. - Do you ship macarons, cakes, or cupcakes?
We currently only offer shipping for our cookies.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our perishable products, we cannot be held responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our bakery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.- Order Modifications
Please triple check your address, name, and details thoroughly prior to purchasing, once paid, we can not guarantee that we will be able to make any adjustments in time before shipping. Once the product has been shipped, we 100% will not be able to make any changes to the order. We are not able to control the exact day that your package will arrive as that is dependent upon the delivery courier.Contact us!
